Hober 18KW 3 phase solar pumping inverter ( HSPH18KH) converts the DC power of the PV array to 3Â Phase-AC power and drives the pump according to the power of PV array output, regulates output frequency and lets PV output max power at all times.
- This inverter incorperates maximum protection of the pump motor ensuring your motor is protected against overcurrent, dry run, phase loss (cable cut), earth leakage, etc. This ensures the pump motor stays for the longest time possible before replacing. Hober understands the complexity and costs that come in as a result of motor replacing. Thats why it ensures the above protection levels are adhered.
- This hybrid inverter can work very well with generator and electricity simulateneously. The inverter has 2 settings for this purpose i.e Solar first and AC Sync. Solar first function works in such a way that solar has to drop to a certain frequency i.e 40HZ/35 HZ / 30 HZ or as recommended by the installer in order for AC to kick in. For AC sync, both solar and AC work hand in hand ensuring the frequency is always at 50HZ and thus the motor speed is always maximum. If solar is generating 90% of power, electricity will provide the remaining 10%. If solar generates 60%, electricity will provide 40%. Seemingly if solar is generating 100%, electricity will not be used. Both options provides solar priority functions as shown above
- It has working hours to ensure pumping hours are adhered to.
